SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Full post-project technical support is available and most customers engage Acutrace to provide a full Service Level Agreement with regular site visits.
These visits can be used for meter reading validation, application support and identification of cost saving opportunities through the installation of energy-saving technology like LED Lighting or Variable Speed Drives.
Our team of Certified Energy Managers (CEMs) , Software Engineers, Systems Engineers and Data Scientists are here to help you in the next stages of achieving Energy Saving, Building Certification or meeting your Sustainability targets.
Acutrace also offer a full Energy Bureau Service where we can providing businesses with monthly Energy Reports for internal use or for external LEED, ISO50001 or GRESB Reporting.
ENERGY MEASUREMENT SLA
The design of an EMS is a collaborative project between Acutrace and the End-User and this collaboration usually continues long after the installation is complete through a Service Level Agreement.
This is when the real work begins and we will be there to help every step of the journey.

LIGHTING CONTROLS SLA
Over the years Acutrace have installed many Intelligent Lighting Control Systems in Commercial Offices and Hospitals in Ireland and in the UK.
These systems are usually DALI and KNX combinations and sometimes include Emergency Lighting Monitoring and Reporting within the systems.
We support these existing installations through our Service Level Agreements.
ENERGY AUDITS
The Acutrace Team includes a Certified Energy Managers, LEED professionals, WELL AP and SEAI registered energy auditors.
We have also developed strategic alliances with partners with specific skills in LED Lighting upgrades, PV Installation, EV Installation, Generator Controls Etc.
This means Acutrace are uniquely positioned to be able to provide a complete Energy Service to Business.

VARIABLE SPEED DRIVES VSD
During the Energy Audit or during the Service Level agreement we can investigate the feasibility of installing Variable Speed Drives on Electric Motors driving Fans and Pumps in the Building, Shopping Centre or Factory.
Significant energy savings can be made using VSD technology with applications typically saving between 30% and 50% when used with centrifugal fan and pump applications.
Other benefits of using VSDs include accurate motor speed control, less mechanical wear and tear, reduced maintenance costs and increased life expectancy of the motors and their connected systems.

FACADE SYSTEMS SLA
The Acutrace Facade Control System is an Application Interface designed to provide local control over Automated Blinds in Commercial Offices. These blinds open and close depending on the position of the sun during the day.
Acutrace have installed multiple Facade Control Interfaces, particularly in High Rise Commercial Office Towers in London City. We support these systems remotely and on-site through our Facade Service Level Agreement.
LED LIGHTING UPGRADES
Acutrace have a partnership alliance with ECI Energy - providing fully funded Lighting upgrades.
This allows Acutrace clients to upgrade their old lighting to new
LED Lighting with no up-front capital costs, while achieving Energy Savings of approx 70% .
Acutrace and ECI manage the entire replacement project. We can access and process any SEAI Grants and remove and recycle the old fittings.
Benefits to Acutrace clients include immediate energy savings, improved lighting quality, reduced carbon footprint and a 5 year warranty.
